Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping

We prefer to ship packages via UPS ground, but we can use other services at the buyer's request. The cost of shipping and handling for UPS ground shipments within the continental United States and for USPS shipments to APO/FPO addresses are included in the list price. Please contact us to obtain a quote for shipping items to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas addresses. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses must be restricted to the size and weight limits imposed by the Military Postal Service for each location.

Payment Options

We prefer to receive payment via PayPal; however, we will also accept personal checks or postal money orders. PayPal transactions will be shipped immediately. Items purchased by postal money order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received. For personal checks, shipment will be made as soon as the check clears. Bank transfers from overseas buyers can be arranged.

Return Policy

We encourage potential buyers to obtain as much information as possible from us before making a purchase. We will be happy to answer questions and to provide additional photos. We want each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with every product purchased from us; however, our return and money back guarantee policy is limited to the following circumstances:

The product received was not the item ordered.
The product has serious damage that was not documented before the purchase.

Shipping and insurance costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items should be shipped to the return address printed on the original shipping label.
